Visual arts is a valuable subject for students as it is a unique, expressive, creative and a communicative way for students to develop skills and explore a broad range of creative forms. More importantly they love it! Just take a look at the D.N.P.S gallery of art works and the happy artists.Students attend the Visual Arts program for one hour every week. The areas covered throughout the year are drawing, painting, printing, paper skills, constructions, modelling and textiles. The learning tasks devised by the Visual Arts teacher are, where possible, aligned to the units of work that the students are working on in their classrooms.
